Kat’s deepest held desire is for all people to find wholeness and connection. She has been teaching yoga since 2006. Originally from Southern California, Kat founded a beautiful, vibrant and rich yoga community in Bend OR before moving to Oshkosh WI with her husband and two boys. Her classes are a sensitive and authentic full-spectrum blend of creativity, structural integrity, spiritual influence and self-care. She continues to deepen her understanding of what it means to live a healthy, vibrant and long life and how to live the principles of yoga in a practical and modern way.
