Sacred space to me is a reflection of your spirit, of one’s heart. A sacred space isa welcoming place that is an expression of your “home” within. There is a feeling of pure devotion and coziness where you connect with your presence, and embrace your BE-ing. Within this vastness you navigate the practice of receiving peace. From this nurturing place, grace flows.
I see a sacred space as a doorway into your spirit, into the unknown, where you may stumble, falter, hesitate, run, jump, skip or even be still, along your path toward the unfamiliar. From this place of openness you find freedom, liberation and joy to roam and seek. This sacred space is a comforting home where you practice being uncomfortable in the stillness. I come to this place to learn about myself, cultivate a deeper relationship with myself, and embrace the unknown even if it is scary, it is sacred.
Within this nurturing atmosphere, you reflect, journal, contemplate, meditate, practice yoga and pranayama, laugh, cry, renew, experience life, and open doors into a universe of creativity. S a c r e d is devotion, and S p a c e is expansive, I am devoted to the expansiveness within. This limitless, quiet place is where you learn, grow, and heal your spirit to share your light so others may sparkle. To me it is a place to enjoy and to invite yourself to everyday to find solace, acknowledge guidance, appreciate your teachers, and cultivate gratitude. It is within the sacred space within me that I honor the grace that flows through you, the reader, the teacher, the light, that reflects and shines back to me. Namaste. May you dwell IN Joy (enjoy), in the sacred space within.
