What’s your favorite part of your work?
Sharing the meditative space with students and peers and participating in the evolutionary process
Whats the least favorite part of your job?
Nothing. All is perfect.
What still excites you and keeps you engaged with teaching yoga?
Continuous practice, exploration, and study. Sharing discoveries. Training new teachers and helping them grow and succeed. Enjoying and witnessing the transformational power of kundalini every day.
If you didn’t teach yoga, what else would you do?
As my mother Gloria was dying I asked her that question. She said she would have been a rock and roll singer. That’s my answer too.
What’s your finest advice for a newer teacher?
Practice. Study. Crystallize. Become a diamond. Become wise. When you and your teacher meet, it is like a sculptor’s hammering striking a stone. Let the sparks fly. Uncover your Self.
