Zoë has found strength and comfort in yoga since 2007. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at YogaWorks in 2009. In 2013, as a senior at Barnard College, Zoë founded Exhale to Inhale, a non-profit organization that brings yoga to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. After graduation, Zoë worked for a boutique strategy consulting firm for 3 years. She now gratefully returns full time to Exhale to Inhale, committed to curiosity, choosing joy and gratitude. She is thankful to all of her teachers both on and off the mat.
