Pamela Miles
Pamela Miles is an international Reiki master and integrative health consultant. Pamela began studying meditation, yoga and natural medicine as an adolescent, and was a meditation teacher and healer when she first experienced Reiki practice in 1986. The previous 25 years of meditation and yoga study informed her understanding of Reiki as a non-dual spiritual practice that gives an easy entry into inner spaciousness. Pamela is known for her ability to share spiritual experience with simple, direct elegance, and for her preference for continuing inquiry over facile answers. Besides her private practice supporting people to regain their happiness and find wellness, Pamela is helping to bring self care back to health care. Since the mid 1990s, she has pioneered the integration of Reiki practice in conventional medicine, creating hospital programs; presenting and teaching in academic medical centers, including Harvard, Yale, and the NIH; collaborating on research; and publishing in peer-reviewed medical journals. Pamela is the author of the award-winning book, REIKI: A Comprehensive Guide. More at pamelamiles.com and reikiinmedicine.org.
