Michelle teaches a gentle and compassionate form of yoga to empower and uplift the human spirit. Combining a career in Critical Care nursing and Kripalu Yoga teacher training, Michelle teaches a slow flow yoga class focusing on comfort and safety guided by breath. She has had additional training in Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation with Sarah Powers. Michelle has Reiki Level 3 certification and shares her knowledge of energetic connections within the physical body to create a deeply restorative and nourishing yoga practice.
