I often joke that "I've been practicing yoga since the womb" - because my mother is a yogini. While my childhood was infused with yoga and summers were spent at yoga retreats, the truth is that I began to practice Asana with some seriousness at age 18. While I have studied with many wonderful teachers over the years, my primary yoga teacher has been, and will always be, my mother, Judith Hanson Lasater. The connection between my yoga practice and my work as a designer is a primary source of inspiration for my teaching. I view yoga as a path toward meditation - a beautiful way to train our intuition, replenish our creativity, and increase our joy.
