Katja is a nutritionist, an author, a former board certified lactation consultant and La Leche League Leader. She has been working with families and food for over 20 years, and has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She is proud mama to a young adult daughter, and stepmom to two school-aged kids, all of whom have grown to be adventurous eaters and accomplished cooks. She firmly believes that nurturing a healthy relationship to food and eating is important for the whole family. She lives in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, Canada where she bakes bread, does yoga and meditation, and stays active outdoors all year round. A former children's yoga teacher, she hopes to resume teaching soon, continuing on her mission to empower parents to build strong connections with their children.
