A devoted student of yoga for nearly 16 years and dedicated teacher for over a decade, Kate Waitzkin is a mama, yoga + meditation teacher and writer living in Austin, TX. Kate’s passion lies in creating and offering yoga and meditation experiences as a way to explore, heal and deeply reconnect with our bodies, minds and spirits.
