Jessica Bellofatto has been immersed in the practice of Yoga for the past 23 years. A mother of three, homebirther, surfer, triathlete, paddleboard racer and pioneer of sup yoga (Yoga on the paddleboard), she is a lover of all movement and extremely curious about the ways in which movement heals us on so many levels, as well as creates a portal into a deep inner stillness and silence. She is the owner and director of KamaDeva Yoga in East Hampton, NY, and the founderof JBYoga- a sup yoga business and retreat company. When she is not driving her older two children from dance to swim team to play practice or running after her almost three year old, her favorite place to be is on a paddleboard in the ocean, in downward facing dog.
