At first yoga was simply my favorite way to exercise, but overtime it wove its way into all facets of my life. When things were difficult yoga offered a new perspective. When things were good yoga helped me harness that joy by staying present. Now not a day goes by that I don’t turn to the teachings through meditation, asana, or spiritual reading. After experiencing firsthand and witnessing time and time again the magical effects yoga can have on our mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being, I knew I wanted to share the teachings with anyone willing to learn, play and explore. My approach is equal parts serious and silly. I believe in mixing opposites like effort and grace, work and play and up with down because that's where the change happens. To date I've completed more than 600 hours of teacher training, but more importantly I'm a life long student and am constantly humbled by my principal teachers Nikki Costello and Abbie Galvin. Without their wisdom I wouldn't be the teacher that I am today.
