Erin Elizabeth Labadie embraces an embodied living lifestyle. She has shared her wisdom of restorative yoga through several in-person trainings of the Elements, Restore method. She has also created and taught over a dozen online courses which are inspired by her embodied living lifestyle. She defines embodied living as embracing a slow lifestyle which nurtures abundance, cultivates authenticity, explores creativity and embraces love.
