Trust, baby girl. Trust.
Trust others to love you for you.
Trust him to love you for you.
You are enough. Actually, you’re more than enough.
Like he said, you’re amazing.
Trust, above all, yourself.
Trust yourself to not screw it up.
Trust that you are loved, supported, and held.
Trust that your childhood, your previous relationships, and all the hurt and pain they contained brought you to this moment of transformation, this moment of stepping up, of stepping in. This moment of sitting with your beautiful self, your tender heart, and knowing that this time it will be different.
Trust, my sweet, that you are worthy of this.
There is nothing wrong with you. You’re not too much, or not enough.
You’re just right.
You are a smart, caring, beautiful human being who feels and loves so deeply, and you are surrounded by people who see that.
He sees that.
Trust him. Trust your heart. Trust yourself.
I know that trusting is hard. It’s scary, and painful, and it’s so much easier to control and take care of others than to trust them to take care of you.
But guess what?
You deserve to be taken care of . You truly do. You have to trust that it’s okay to need help, to be held, to let someone else take care of you, for once.
And trust that they do it out of love, not obligation.
Trust when you don’t want to trust, like you’re doing right now. Trust the tears, trust the sadness, trust unknown. Trust that you are PURGING the past through your tears to make room for a new paradigm—a paradigm of trust, of love, of connection, of allowing another human to hold you, to love you, to ADORE you, just because.
This is a breakthrough, not a breakdown: the end of a hard year, a hard decade, and the ushering in of a new year, a new decade. A decade of love and rebirth, of creating the life and reality you want.
It’s a whole new chapter waiting to be written, and you’ve needed every ounce of this loneliness, this pain, this heartbreak, to get here: to this space of trusting trust, of trusting yourself, of trusting HIM with your heart.
Let the tears keep flowing, let the emotions keep moving, let your heart keep opening, and trust that it will lead to more beauty, happiness and love.
My sweet, you are amazing! You are adored, and you are finally with a man who sees that. Own your power, your beauty, your softness, and your strength, and lean into it all.
I love you.
He loves you.
So many people love you so very, very much.
Trust us.
