Hi Elena,
Many months ago I reached out to you for support and guidance as I was going through a difficult time. I was trying to get my coaching and yoga business off the ground and was experiencing doubt and other struggles throughout the process. You offered me some coaching support and we chatted on the phone once. It was wonderful to connect with you in that way and I am so grateful you offered me your time and energy. You are a wise and loving teacher (I love your classes on Glo) and your coaching support was infused with that same compassion and clarity. Thank you.
I just wanted to follow up with you and let you know where I am at now. Last November, I had the opportunity to take over a space that was being used intermittently for all kinds of classes. I envisioned the space to be a vibrant yoga studio and decided to take a big leap and claim it! In January, I opened up Putney Moves, a community centered yoga and wellness studio in Putney, Vermont. Ever since I began the studio, my life has shifted in many amazing ways. Not only am I able to pay for the expenses of the studio, I am able to draw an income, pay half of all the bills at our home, and save money. Besides having financial abundance and security, my vision of myself has changed as well. Being in the position of director, of decision maker, has been huge for my self-confidence and has brought my true self out of it’s shell. I feel more alive and more me than ever before. Before November I was trying to create a business that just involved me and I didn’t enjoy that very much. Now I work with 6 teachers and have the opportunity to work directly with many students every day. I love being able to teach and talk with people face to face, to get to know them, and to support them from the moment they walk in our doors. I am so happy with how things have come to be. I absolutely LOVE my job and know that I am doing the work I am meant to be doing.
Your guidance helped me see what I wanted more clearly, thank you so much.
With love and gratitude,
Amanda Upton
