Sharon Hyman is a psychotherapist in private practice in the Washington, DC area and a yoga teacher. She weaves the mind, body, connection together in creative and accessible ways. She teaches long, term meditation courses for "Living in Resonance" , facilitates yoga workshops for kids and adults with anxiety and depression, teens with addiction, and workshops on self worth. Sharon can often be found joyfully listening to her pre-teen son playing the cello, or jumping in the leaves outside with her toddler daughter.
