Francesca Michelle Lies
Francesca is a first and foremost a student of yoga and she continues to be in awe of the lessons she learns as a result of her practice and from other teachers on the path. As a teacher, she combines her life experience thus far, her background in psychology and as a professional organizer, her training through the Himalayan Institute and Yoga Therapy studies at Loyola Marymount University, and her lifelong study of the works of J. Krishnamurti to offer her students an opportunity to look inward with both the clarity and and courage to transform. She is grateful for the gifts of life and love and aims to live fully in the world with an open heart.
