Elizabeth took her first yoga class as a child, and fell in love with it back then. In 2006 at the age of 19 she taught her first class and never looked back. Based out of Fairfield County, CT, you can find her teaching in studios, workshops, festivals and retreats both at home and on the road. Widely known for her big smile and her genuine desire to help, Elizabeth is well-loved by her students as well as her dogs. A crafter and lover of beautiful things all her life, in 2014 Elizabeth launched her line of gemstone mala beads and jewels, Love by E.
