I practice and teach yoga in Portland, Oregon. Currently I am the owner of North Portland Yoga, and I couldn't be more enamored of, and humbled by the community I get to be a part of. My curiosity is driven and fueled by embodiment practices: how we make meaning of experience, what it means to be alive in the world, how we are in constant collaboration with one another in the daily creation of our world.
